What is included in a personal training program with M1 Strong?

When designing your fitness program, we take a lot into  considerations including, short-term goals, long-term health, training history, training level, schedule, available time to workout, equipment access, etc. Additionally, and most importantly, an understanding of how the human movement system works as a whole, which allows us to create the most effective plan to achieve your goals as fast as possible.

Your in-app program will be progressive to continue challenging you. The app will contain your individualized training program, which is laid out in a straight forward structure and contains movement videos and descriptions coinciding with each exercise. With an easily accessible chat function, you are able to contact us at any time for feedback, questions, or to modify your plan.

What’s the sign-up process for starting a personal training program with M1 Strong ?

After reviewing our programs, click on “Find Your Program” and select the program you wish to purchase.

  1. Click on “Subscribe”, and then you will be prompted to fill out a required Client Questionnaire. This contains information we need to create the perfect program for you.

  2. You will then be directed to the checkout process, and will receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase.

  3. Once you complete your purchase, we will be notified and will begin creating your individualized plan which takes us about 24-48 hours.

  4. Upon completion, you will receive a separate email with a link to download and set up a mobile app which contains your program.

Will I be getting a pre-made plan? Or will the plan be individualized to my needs?

All plans are hand-crafted and designed around your specific needs and goals.

Can I switch up my personal training program if I don’t like something?

Absolutely! Please contact us through the chat feature in the mobile app and we will make modifications as needed. We also actively progress your training program so that you continue to increase strength, lose weight or gain muscle, and improve your overall fitness depending on your goal.

What happens if I miss a training day?

Programs are created in a functional, full-body and thought-out approach. If you miss a day, you are able to go back to that specific workout and complete it another day. If you cannot, that is fine also! It’s not going to stop you from reaching your goals. If you miss more than a week or so, please reach out to us via the chat function so we can help you get back on track.

Do you offer training support / can I contact you with questions?

Of course! The best way to do this is directly through our app in the chat feature. We actively chat with our clients and are here to help as needed. If you need additional guidance, please feel free to email us or join our facebook group.

How much do your training programs cost?

Our general online training program is $39.97 per month and our sport performance program is $250 per month. This is a monthly recurring subscription service which you can cancel at ANY time.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time by following the below steps:. 

  1. Sign into your account by clicking “Account” at the top of the page.  

  2. Select “Subscriptions” and cancel your program.

  3. Your program will be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email.  

  4. You will still have access to the app throughout the rest of your last paid month.

Can I sign up for only one month?

Yes! However, we hope that you enjoy the app and find enough benefits to stay longer. We appreciate feedback and are always looking to improve our services.

I have a previous injury; how will you cater the program toward me?

During the assessment process, we require everyone to fill out a general questionnaire, which includes listing any current and past injuries. We will create your program based around given injuries and provide rehabilitation movements and variations.

I recently gave birth; can you cater a program for me?

Yes. We have experience working with new mothers and an option to specify this in our inquiry form for the General Training program. Your program will be created in the safest and most effective way possible.

I have a child under the age of 18. Can they use your program?

If you are under the age of 18, please send an email to contact@m1strong.com and we will provide you with a Parental Consent Form, which you may have a parent or guardian sign, with approval for you to participate in the program.
